Knee pain, just thinking about that makes my joints ache. It could develop due to various reasons; Injury, Medical condition e.g. Arthritis, which in turn could lead to a possible inability to bend your knee forward or backward, make walking painful.
Although some Knee Pains must be treated surgically, there are some natural foods which when taken judiciously can help you get rid of the pain. Let’s see eight of such foods.

This fruit is loaded with high healthy fats, nutrients such as Vitamin K, C, Potassium. It can be green or even black in color, round or pear-shaped, no cholesterol or sodium in it. #8. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
This can be used in different ways to help relieve pains in the knees. It can be taken as a drink i.e. 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water, 3 times daily ,1-3 cups of apple cider vinegar added to a hot bath or a cup of apple cider vinegar in 5 cups of warm water and form a hot compress which is then placed on the knee.
