If a person with pheochromocytoma will take alpha blocker and beta blocker, they will be blocked the epinephrine and will result in vasodilatation or slower heart rate. In order to stop pheochromocytoma symptoms, surgery is required to eliminate the tumor. Right after the removal of the tumor, the blood pressure will normalized again within a day.
